The Grand Final of Cartoonvision Animation Contest 2026 has officially come to an end, and we are delighted to announce that "In Half" has been crowned the winner of this year's competition.
Directed by Jorge Morais Valle, In Half is a Spanish animated short film that captured the hearts of both the professional jury and the public. After combining the jury vote (30%) and the public vote (70%), the film achieved an impressive 162 points, securing first place in the Grand Final.
The Cartoonvision 2026 Grand Final featured 16 outstanding animated short films from around the world, all competing for the title of champion. Throughout the show, audiences enjoyed a diverse selection of creative stories, unique animation styles, and memorable characters before the final results were revealed.
